I’m Vinnie. By day, I'm lawyering at the ABC and daydreaming about food. At all other times, I tend to be found in a kitchen, restaurant, canteen, dining room, bar, pantry or in close proximity to something edible.
I started this blog as a way to document my growing interest in preserving food. I want to try out recipes I come across in cook books and online, but also create my own concoctions or my own spins on recipes.
